THE WEDDING or ELOPEMENT CEREMONY 
Like any other couple, this special occasion is the “biggest day” of your relationship, and you want it to be the PERFECT wedding! You’ve dreamed about this day for years – and you want to make it as beautiful and as expressive of who you both are. Why not…this IS the beginning of a whole life together as a married couple. 

For couples who attend a local church – you just ask your pastor, priest or minister to officiate the ceremony. But today, many couples do not attend a church and therefore do not have a minister/pastor to call upon for this service. So, if you prefer to have a Spiritually-Based God-Centered Ceremony (vs. a Justice of the Peace “office style” wedding) – this is where I can help you have the wedding you have always wanted – setting the tone which leads you into the marriage of your dreams. 

THE WEDDING MINISTER'S ROLE 
As a non-denominational ordained minister, I will be honored in assisting you in creating a very personalized experience of your special and sacred day. This is YOUR day, and therefore, I will customize YOUR special day in any manner you wish, including whatever religious (or non-religious) rituals you desire during the ceremony. 

• I meet with you prior to your wedding day to discuss all pre-ceremonial legal procedures that are necessary before you are wed (i.e. Marriage License by required dates, etc.). 
• Plan your personalized wedding ceremony – discussing the details that will take place during the ceremony (including any plans your coordinator and you have arranged). 
• Help you in coordinating private ceremonies…if there is no “coordinator”, in the case of a very small or private ceremony. 
• Assisting you with emotional, spiritual and relational support as appropriate. 
• Providing you an exceptionally personalized and caring wedding experience – most deserving of you on this special day. 
• Provide essential and crucial pre-marriage coaching – to prepare you for the rest of your life for the sacred journey of marriage (optional - see below). 

WEDDING LOCATIONS & IDEAS 
Let your imagination be your destination. Many find that the traditional “Church” wedding ideal…and some prefer to hold their special day in a place a bit more personalized or unique. Any variation works…it’s really what YOU want. Here’s a few places to consider: 
• Church or Chapel (traditional)

• Back or Front yard 
• Flowering Garden 
• Underwater SCUBA 
• Amusement park 
• Onboard a ship 
• Or…the living room of your home with a few friends/family

PRE-MARRIAGE COACHING 
Your wedding IS undeniably the most significant part of your relationship journey…THUS FAR. That is…next to your actual marriage. And how do you have the best possible marriage after the wedding planning is all done, the ceremony is over and you are back from your honeymoon? 

As a spiritually centered pre-marriage and post-wedding coach…this is my specialty. In EVERY marriage (including my own), no matter how much a couple is in love there’s always more they could “know” going it to it – which would make the transition from “single life” to “married life” a little more smoother. Whether it’s your first marriage or a subsequent one… having a few basics discussed is usually appreciated when “an expectation” isn’t met by the “love of your life”. We can cover that as a simple conversation during the “pre-wedding” discussion…or as in depth as you would desire. That is really up to you. 

COST 
The minister’s costs can range anywhere up from $200 (for the classic customized local ceremony)…to the more elaborate ceremony. My total fees will be determined by a combination of the personalized ceremony, plus additional time required for such things as pre-marriage coaching (1 hr is included with the basic package), rehearsals, mileage (beyond 20 miles) and travel time to non-local destinations. All fees will be agreed on and put in writing within the “wedding agreement” (contract). There are no hidden fees of course. In some cases…my fees are adjustable based on your personal needs. My intention is to provide you with personalized care and service go “beyond your expectations”, is cost effective and workable for you. If costs are main reason that you might consider the “justice of the peace” vs. a wedding…please discuss that with me to see if we can find a happy medium for you.
