Dave Anderson - Co-founder, Coach, Husband, Dad, Motorcyclist Mentor

Who is Dave? Not too long ago I would not have been able to answer that question with any depth. Oh, I could tell you what I did for a living or what I believed about important issues, morals, or values, but the "WHO IS DAVE?" was too obscure, illusive and fragmented to answer. It was when I got laid off, after just purchasing our home with my new wife (Michelle), who is the "woman-of-my-dreams", did the reality of who I really am become the most important question of my life.

I started asking a lot of questions, dug deeply into my soul, and the "Who I am" was soon discovered. It was there all the time...just below the surface, and was unearthed with the loving help of my wife, my life coach, and God.

My life situations had actually sparked a major turning point for discovering my true identity, purpose and vision. Now I live "On Purpose", giving myself 100% to what I love and to what is most important to me, which includes my relationship with God, my wife, family and others. I intend to live life with full appreciation for the passions that make me who I am.

Read about our love story.

Michelle Anderson - Co-founder, Coach, Wife, Mom, Motorcyclist

Who is Michelle? I am a vibrant woman who is full and alive with passion for life, love, people and God.  I am a woman who is passionately in love with my husband, who is living proof that prayers do get answered and dreams do come true.  I am a woman who is choosing daily to engage and connect to life, no matter what "events of Life" may bring, whether pain and sorrow, or love and laughter or struggle or ease.  I have learned life is about the journey and an adventure to live out and I have a role to play in this epic story called "Life."

But was I always this person?  Maybe, to some degree, some of the time, but usually only in part. However, there were some catalysts along my journey that helped me piece together the puzzle which has brought me more clarity of myself, my lifework and vision, as well as my relationship with God.

What were my catalysts?  (There were several, but here are the main two.)

1. After working in full-time ministry for 12 years and then launching into the corporate world for another 4 years, I had several paradigm shifts about life and ministry, which left me feeling fragmented, confused, stressed, lost and disappointed.

2. After not "dating" for nearly 10 years, I chose to settle for a lonely, unfulfilled, rollercoaster (on-and-off-again) relationship for 2+ years.  This "relationship" took me to deep depths of despair into my own hidden pains and humanity.

It was a combination of these catalysts, which became stepping stones that helped me to finally face my anger towards God (about still being single at age 34, as well as ministry and the corporate world disappointments), and to let it go and to get resolution about my life's dreams, purpose, and embracing a greater understanding of God's passionate love, acceptance, and plan for my life...and the best part of it all is, I get to give back to other's.

Rhyder Anderson - Son, Coach, and our Angel Baby

Rhyder Josiah Anderson, our beautiful gift, was born on August 25, 2009...and heartbreakingly left us for heaven a very short, but ever so impactful, 25 days later, on Sept. 19, 2009. As your brother Caeden said, "Rhyder is in our hearts" and this is sooooo very true, but your physical presence will always be missed our sweet angel baby. We love you more than life itself and are forever grateful for what you taught us and continue to teach us about unconditional love and how to live and love in the moment. We look forward to the day that we will all see you again.

(Rhyder was born with a genetic condition called Trisomy 18. He was a true miracle and a gift from God. He wasn't expected to make it to birth, let alone survive birth, but he did and he lived a miraculous 25 days. During his 25 days on the earth, he got the Swine flu and that ultimately was what stopped his little fragile body from working anymore.)
