Life Plans

A "Life Plan" is for the sole purpose of giving you a short-term and real-world experience, over a 6 month duration, of "being who you say you are." It is intended as a catalytic process which, after having gained new perspective, will enable and support you in choosing to live your life fully out of your vision of your "ideal self", while securing the support to keep it ever-present.

In the "Life Plan", we will first state the vision of your "ideal self" as "Who I Am," which is a "snap shot" picture of who you say you truly are, put into written word format.

How do we get a "snap shot" of the real you?  This happens over a Life Plan coaching session (4-6 hours).  We will ask you various questions about several areas and aspects of your life.  Don't worry about what you might say or how you will say it.  This is your opportunity, in one setting, to tell us your life story, to reveal your "real self." As we gather your answers, we piece together all the parts of the puzzle that compose your life. A beautiful picture develops before our very eyes...the "real and whole" you is finally unveiled in one "snap shot."

Once your "Who I Am" is drafted, we will present it back to you for any fine tuning and tweaking. Then once that piece is completed, we will declare the most important realms of your life within which you are examining how this "ideal self" shows up, and finally within each area, we together will choose specific actions and intended results which will allow you to fully experience this vision of your life in your day-to-day reality.

As a result, you cut the strings with which your previous "real world" defined and limited your life and choose to experience and fulfill your highest destiny, fully surrendering to God's plan for your life.

"Life Plan" Time Line: The initial "Life Plan" session is approximately 4 to 6 hours.  The implementation is approximately 6 months to a year.  However, it is a continual work in progress, fine-tuned throughout your life's journey.

Why do a "Life Plan?"  Here is a brief quote from John Eldredge that says it simple and clear.

"The fact is, we are usually too close to our lives to see what's going on.  Because it's our story we're trying to understand, we sometimes don't know what's true or false, what's real and imagined.  We can't see the forest for the trees.  It often takes the eyes of someone whom we can tell our story, bare our souls."

"If people can't see what God is doing, they stumble all over themselves; But when they attend to what He reveals, they are most blessed" Proverbs 29:18 The Message Bible
