"I once heard profit is the applause you get for taking care of customer and your poeple" ~ Ken Blanchard, One Minute Manager
Freedom Life Consulting offers a... "Care Assistance Program" (CAP) for the employees of companies who recognize the value of not only caring for the customer... but also for the employee... who care for their customers!
Our mission & purpose is to partner with companies to provide care, support and encouragement for America’s workforce through an effective and proactive “hands-on” approach called a Care Assistance Program (CAP).
We do this by pro-actively caring for people who take care of companies…the employee (and their immediate family members). Companies don’t just hire employees, they hire human beings that are living through real human experiences. The need to juggle work and family life puts many people under great stress. For some, this stress is a main factor to potentially serious problems in life and at work. A personal crisis can significantly hinder job performance, is the main cause of absenteeism and (most importantly) hinders a person's ability to enjoy life or work. Our desire is to assist company employees in resolving personal problems before the workplace becomes interrupted and careers and potentially lives are put at risk.
When people are cared for and nurtured they experience increase in their capacity to be present to and more fully engaged in their life and work, in a more caring, creative and effective way.
Isn't that what every company wants, to obtain "the best" from their people and every person wants to enjoy their life and work? Healthier-happier employees equal a healthier-happier company culture! A win-win for everyone!
Our Care program enhances the whole person for their overall Well-Being: heart, body, mind and soul. Often, a caring word, a listening ear and a compassionate smile can make all the difference in the world for that employee and company.
The Corporate & Family Life Coaches are available to serve everyone in the company...always being available to help resolve personal issues confidentially and able to respond quickly to special requests from company leaders for any type of assistance.
