Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are real simple, they are the "one-on-one's" with your coach.  This is YOUR Time.  We will spend time focusing on helping you "be" who you say you are.  It is a time of focus, building up and helping you stay connected to what is real.  

A coaching session will usually last about 1 hour.  They can be accomplished in person or over the phone.  The initial session is a "get-to-know-you/get-to-know-us" meeting (at no cost).

Coaching sessions can be setup weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
